All packages included a 30 day free trial period. This is the period that we let you to exam our services and decide if you want to continue. A full refund will send to you if decided not to continue within the 30 day free period. Please refer to Refund section for details of service based policy. Please note that the 30 day free trial period only applies to first time member. However, if the member account has been expired for more than 30 days, and the member like to reactive his/her account, he/she joining in as a new member which the 30 day free period will applicable to him/her. Membership and Fee Policy Members will be asked to pay monthly development and information updating royalty fees for acknowledging the continued technical development/improvement, analysis and the everyday information updating. However, members have priority to use any new development/updates made to the software without further charges. Members are protected from any increase of fees in the future, that means, any future increase in fees will not apply to existing members. We have adapted a very competitive fee policy for our members. We only charge 65 cents per day or AU$19.95/per month. An initial 30 DAY FREE period is applied to all packages to let the member have option for full refund. In addition. there are few schemes which can help you save even more.
* All packages are in Australian dollars and GST inclusive Delivery Information You must sign in to get your membership. Once you have signed in and paid the refundable membership fees, a welcome letter including instructions and the details about your account, user name, password will send to you by email within 24 hours. In the meantime, a copy of the welcome package will be sent to your home address via post. We have a refund policy for our members. However, you have to send us a refund request by email or post. Please quote your account number, user name, password, and length of the membership in the request. When sending the request by email, please use the same email address as you sign in. If you send the request by mail, please send to: Trading Systems Online, PO Box 461, Sandy Bay 7006, TAS. There will be no seasonal special offer included for members asking refund. For all packages, a full refund is available within the first 30 day free period. After the 30 day free trial period, the total number of serviced days will be calculated at average AU 65cents per day (exclude the 30 day free period) when asked for refund. The number of days remaining in your account is calculated from the day we received the request (by either email or post). For example, K has signed for 3month $55 package. 4 weeks after the 30 day free period, K requested for refund, he will get $55-28*0.65=$36.8 refund. If K requests a refund after 85 days (exclude 30 day free period), then there will be no refund available because $55-85*0.65= -$0.25. |

Cheque Send your cheque to : Trading system online, PO Box 461, Sandy Bay 7006, TAS. If pay by cheque, it will take 3-5 days to get your account setup. Members will be notified to renew their membership 7 days ahead of their membership expiry date. If the membership renewal fee is not received at the due time, the membership will be cancelled automatically and no fees will apply to him/her. Please renew your membership before your next renewal due . To renewal online, go to Renew. A confirmation message will send to you by email or mail.
